What happens if I have to make changes to my policy or cancel it?

We can adjust your cover if needed. You would be charged for the additional cover and an adjustment fee as per your policy terms.

Cancellation fees do apply to our policies, please see the below information:

Cancelling before the cover starts

If you decide to cancel your policy before the cover starts, you will receive a refund of the premium paid less a £5.00 cancellation fee.  

Cancelling after the cover has started (Single Trip Policies of up to and including 28 days or less):
Policies up to and including 28 days duration do not have statutory cancellation rights but you can request cancellation through the Eversure website https://www.eversure.com/contact.aspx, or by writing to our registered address but no refund of premium is due.

Cancelling after the cover has started (Single Trip Policies of 29 days or more and Annual Policies:
You are entitled to cancel this policy at any time by notifying Us through the Eversure website https://www.eversure.com/contact.aspx, or by writing to our registered address.
You will receive a return of premium at a proportional daily rate depending on how long the policy has been in force, subject to: 

If you cancel:

   within the fourteen (14) day cooling off period of the start of your Period of Insurance, a £5.00 cancellation fee will be charged. 

   after the fourteen (14) day cooling off period, a £10.00 cancellation fee will be charged. 

If you cancel at any time after you have made a claim on the policy, no refund of premium wil be provided
